John Gaspari, LCSW

Mr. Gaspari is a Licensed Psychotherapist, a Professional Certified Coach, a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. He has been providing psychotherapy and coaching services to individuals and couples for more than 30-years. His areas of expertise include men’s issues, grief and loss, and single parenting. Additionally, Mr. Gaspari works with catastrophic illness, widowhood, emerging young adults, relationship and wellness coaching, and workplace and management consultation.
John received his master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, his Coaching Certification from the International Coach Federation, and his Bachelor’s degree from UCLA. John has served as an adjunct faculty member, field instructor, and senior administrator at USC. He has prior experience doing divorce mediation and facilitating the development of
child custody and visitation agreements in Conciliation Court in the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
His approach is solution-focused and strengths-based and he is experienced working in both short-term and open-ended formats. Mr. Gaspari works collaboratively to help people establish and reach their goals for personal and professional growth. He believes that change begins with a conversation.
